煤泥浮选调浆技术与设备的研究进展

摘要:

阐述了调浆环节作为煤泥浮选过程起点对浮选作业的重要性,对最近业内涌现出的新方法和新设备进行了归纳与评述,对调浆技术和设备的发展趋势做出了预测并给出了建议。指出机械搅拌式调浆理论在继续纵深发展和丰富,如高剪切调浆(HIC)、多级调浆、多轴调浆等;新的矿浆预处理方法被不断地引入,如加压法、电化学法、超声波法等;调浆装备的更新换代势在必行,新型设备层出不穷,但目前调浆设备仍以机械搅拌式为主,其它新型调浆技术在转化为生产力之前还需要进一步的理论研究和论证。

Abstract:

The importance of conditioning as the start process in fine coal flotation is introduced. New methods and equipment in this area are summarized and reviewed. Some prediction and suggestion are given about the development trend of conditioning technology and equipment. On this basis, it is indicated that the mechanical agitation theory of conditioning, such as high intensity conditioning (HIC), multi-stage conditioning and multispindle conditioning, continues to be further developed and richen; new conditioning methods, such as pressurization, electrochemical and ultrasonic treatment, are constantly introduced; conditioning equipment upgrading is inevitable and some new equipment emerges, but most currently equipment is mechanical agitation type. Before the industrialized application of other new conditioning methods, further theoretical research and demonstration is necessary.
